"We found this place just passing by and looking at their menu thought we’d give it a try. It was an up stairs place but when we got there we were very impressed with the professionalism of the waiter and waitress. The food was simply exceptional. I had the chicken and mushroom pasta and my wife had the nasi goreng. Oh yeah my wife said to make sure to mention the wine glass was a generous portion. This place comes highly recommended."

"If you want a good meal, cold drinks, sit on the upstairs balcony watching people good by with cool breezes, this is a place for you. I had a jumbo char grilled prawns tonight, and last night, I had Chicken Nasi Goreng and satays chicken. It was beaut. To wash it all down on both nights, I had cappuccino and ice coconut coffee. It's not sweet, so if you like it to be sweeten, you might need to ask for sugar syrup. Good service, too. Check out my pictures of the food I had and my screenshots of their menu. Ps: Kids friendly! "My Wife & I went here for Christmas lunch 2022. What a fabulous meal it was & the service was fantastic as well. Stephanie was a brilliant host & made feel most welcome. Three course meal & all dishes tasted really good. First course was fresh garden salads, second course was Roast chicken, pork, Beef & lamb combined with roast vegies. It was great to try the sauteed beans & onion. Awesome. Dessert was Trifle, Chocolate Mouse, Pineapple tart, ice cream & fruit salad. The pineapple tart was so tasty. Yum. We also had a selection of Cocktails which were pretty good as well. It was a great dining experience."

"AMAZING HIDDEN GEM!!!Really love this place, the owner is absolutely amazing very helpful and friendly team at Olips restaurant we had a very big breakfast (steak chips and eggs the LOT!!!!before heading out on our adventures. We were very impressed with Olips we had to go back for dinner again and did not disappoint. If you are in Bali and chasing a traditional South African style feed, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE not only South African but MASSIVE STEAKS AKA TOMMAHAWKS thanks Olips we will definitely be back next time in Bali."
